Sunnybrae Media offers a private and secure streaming service for crematoriums around the Auckland region. Our primary goal is to offer a more personal and compassionate solution at times of grief for family and friends unable to attend the service themselves.
Despite advances in streaming technology, some moments are just too delicate to rely on software products to do a fitting job by themselves. At Sunnybrae Media, every broadcast is monitored by our staff to ensure the service is streamed with the care it requires and delivers a special memory for those not able to be there in person.

How it works
- Your funeral director will arrange for the service to be streamed
- You will be provided with a login and password via email that will allow you to view the service on our website.
- You can then share these login details with whom you wish.
- You will have the ability to share photos you would like to see played at the start or end of the stream.
- The service will be available to watch live and for a further seven days after using the same login credentials.

Our Personal experience
Having personally experienced the streaming of a service at a time of grief, we know first hand that the production of an automated service can potentially be chaotic and can end abruptly, leaving the viewer feeling detached from the service. Sunnybrae Media was founded on the idea that we wanted to create a solution to help make special memories everyone can share in and feel part of.
Monitored streams
By having our team monitor all broadcasts, we are able to avoid abrupt endings to a stream, or prolonged and inappropriate footage that can cause upset and a further feeling of detachment for those already not able to be there in person.
High Standard Equipment
We install our own high quality hardware to ensure our streams are delivered to our high standards. All our equipment is selected to suit the needs of our locations and installed by our technicians to ensure reliable and well optimised equipment is always used.
Ability to customize
Our staff can put together slideshows of your happiest memories and leave people with these images as the stream comes to a close.
You also have the option for the Order of Service to be displayed 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the service if a soft copy can be provided. Or we will create something on your behalf to be displayed.

Based in Auckland on the North Shore, we are on hand to provide assistance for any hardware or software support you require.
We work with professional technicians who we have long standing relationships with as well as our web designers, who are all Auckland based. Our team has created a unique and simple to use software that delivers a professionally produced streaming service for your clients to use.
We personally monitor and control each stream remotely so all you need to do is connect with us on the day of the service and we will take care of everything else.
